Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Settings > Billing in your dashboard.

What happens when I reach my message limit?

Your agents stop answering new messages until your monthly allowance resets or you move to a larger plan. Your agents and their knowledge stay as they are.

What counts as a message?

Each message a visitor sends to one of your agents counts as one with the default model; with a larger model, one reply uses more. Your agent's replies don't count separately. Each reply through the REST API counts the same way.

What is a website crawl?

Importing pages from a website into an agent's knowledge counts as one crawl, whether it reads one page or several hundred.

Do I need a credit card for the free plan?

No. The free plan only needs an account.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Starter comes with a 7-day free trial, monthly or yearly, with the plan's full limits. Pro doesn't have a trial. You add a card at checkout; cancel before the 7 days are up under Settings > Billing and you aren't charged. Otherwise the plan's price is charged when the trial ends. Each account can have one trial.
